In the project’s initial phase, clear and measurable targets for DepEd’s education reforms will be established, along with a dedicated team to ensure their implementation. As part of the agreement, Delivery Associates will first conduct a rapid assessment of DepEd’s current capacity to execute its programs.
Based on this evaluation, DA will provide recommendations on prioritizing initiatives aligned with DepEd’s goal of delivering quality education.
Delivery Associates will also assist DepEd in forming a specialized team to oversee the implementation of these targets. This team will operate with a defined structure, staffing plan, and accountability framework.
The ceremonial signing was attended by key DepEd officials, including Undersecretaries Peter Irving Corvera and Ronald Mendoza, as well as Assistant Secretaries Georgina Anna Yang, Malcolm Garma, and Roger Masapol, alongside Ciela Mendoza from the Office of the Secretary.
