“I FINALLY MADE IT!”
In the case of a celebrity earning significantly in the industry, education is often set aside. The focus typically shifts to working and seizing opportunities that come infrequently. The desire to earn money often takes precedence over completing an education, as in the Philippines, having a college diploma can open more opportunities.
However, for artists, especially those who are famous, the allure of “easy money” can be tempting and hard to resist.
Igi Boy Flores, the former “Goin’ Bulilit” star, proudly shared his graduation photos in an Instagram post, proving that he has completed his college education, even though he admits he’s a bit older now.
In his Instagram post, Igi Boy confessed that during his active years in showbiz, studying wasn’t on his mind because he thought, why would he need to work when he was already earning a lot?
Despite everything, Igi Boy chose to complete his education because he felt incomplete.
Igi Boy expressed his gratitude to those who inspired, helped, and supported him in completing his education, especially to God, for the opportunities he was given to continue his studies.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Marketing Management from AMA University – Online Education.
Congratulations, Igi Boy!
