In a time when the challenges faced by teachers have grown larger and more complicated, a social media post from a teacher with 15 years of service has inspired her colleagues.
According to the teacher, Kimphee De Leon, known as “Teacher Dylan,” he has realized many things during his over a decade of teaching in a public school.
“As someone who has taught in a classroom for the past 15 years, I have learned from my experience that there are lessons in life that are important and underrated, which I consider to be valuable,” he said on his Facebook post last February 2024.

The teacher said that there are many deeper reasons for being a teacher. They want to be an instrument of change for the children who can transform lives through fair and heartfelt teaching. Whatever they do for the students is simply a result of the seeds planted in them by the teachers who inspired them.
