School policies, rules, and regulations refer to the guidelines and expectations set by a school or educational institution to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for students, staff, and faculty. They are designed to maintain order, promote positive behavior, and outline the responsibilities of all involved.
A netizen shared his opinion and thoughts regarding some students who are opposing and protesting the regulations and policies of their school.
According to a Facebook post by Jose Enrico V. Libunao, many students today are complaining about the required haircut policy in schools.

In reality, especially when they start working, they need to follow policies and regulations, and failing to do so can lead to being dismissed. In this world, not all personal preferences can be followed.
“Kung iniiyakan ninyo ang pagsunod sa school regulations gaya ng tamang gupit, I can’t wait to see how devastated you will be once you enter the real world and realize na HINDI kayo ang masusunod.”
“Pagsusuutin pa rin kayo ng ID. Papapasukin on time. Sounds familiar ba? Surprise!”
“Facts don’t care about your Feelings,” aniya.
In the Philippine school setup, the haircut policy typically refers to rules set by schools regarding the appropriate length, style, and grooming of students’ hair, especially for male students. These policies are usually implemented to maintain discipline, uniformity, and a neat, professional appearance in the school environment.
The purpose of the haircut policy is to prevent distractions, promote equality, and foster an atmosphere of respect within the school community. While these policies are generally seen as standard, their enforcement can vary from school to school, with some institutions being stricter than others.

Libunao added further explanation in the comment section of his post.
Until then, you have to follow the rules.”
That is nothing compared to the harshness and cutthroat nature of the real world.
